My mission
AI is changing how companies compete, build, and operate. Most leadership teams feel the urgency before they see the path. I partner with technology companies and private equity firms on AI transformation: finding where AI creates real value and turning it into operating advantage.
Current engagements
My anchor client is Lead Edge Capital, a $9B growth equity firm investing globally in software and technology-enabled businesses. I work directly with portfolio company executives to drive AI adoption, enablement, and development — from priority use cases to new AI-powered capabilities. I also support the firm's technical diligence on new deals.
Track record
I have worked on both sides of the table: as an operator and as an advisor. As an operator, I held senior business operations and strategy roles at Xanadu Quantum Technologies and Element AI (acquired by ServiceNow), taking frontier technology from research lab to enterprise market. As an advisor, I guided software companies on AI at Lead Edge Capital and started my career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. I was educated in Applied Science at Queen's University.
Change has been the constant in my life. I have lived and worked across Canada, the US, and Europe, and grew up around technology, with two computer scientists for parents. Programming and the internet were part of my world from the start. That is what drives my work today: helping companies reach their next level through technology.
