Most leadership teams feel the urgency of AI before they see the path. The gap between running pilots and changing how a company operates is where I work. I partner with technology companies and private equity firms on AI transformation: turning AI's potential into operating advantage.
Current engagements
My anchor client is Lead Edge Capital, a $9B growth equity firm investing globally in software and technology-enabled businesses. I work directly with portfolio company executives to drive AI adoption, enablement, and development — from priority use cases to new AI-powered capabilities. I also support the firm's technical diligence on new deals.
Track record
I have worked on both sides of the table: as an operator and as an advisor. As an operator, I held senior business operations and strategy roles at Xanadu Quantum Technologies and Element AI (acquired by ServiceNow), taking frontier technology from research lab to enterprise market. As an advisor, I guided software companies on AI at Lead Edge Capital and started my career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. I was educated in Engineering at Queen's University.
